Technicians
We're hiring experienced technicians that are team players, technically proficient, have a high level of attention to detail and keep a clean workspace. We also want technicians that are highly motivated in continuing their education and advancing their technical skill sets.
Pay Plan for Techs
The pay plan consists of a large hourly base for consistent pay checks plus a very generous incentive for efficient and quality workmanship. This unique pay plan has the advantages of both straight hourly and flat rate plans without any of the disadvantages.
